Ambu® Mark IV - Reusable Resuscitator

The Ambu Mark IV Reusable Resuscitators are a range of manual resuscitators designed for ventilation of adults and children. Similarly to other Ambu resuscitators, the Mark IV features a single-shutter valve system for reliable functionality.

The size baby product comes equipped with a pressure-limiting valve, which works to prevent the delivery of excessive pressures, that could result in barotrauma. In cases where higher pressures are required, an override cap can be engaged to prevent the pressure-limiting valve from activating.

The Mark IV resuscitators are reusable products, suitable for sterilisation at 134°C / 273.2F, and can be reprocessed up to 30 times. However, the oxygen reservoir bag can only withstand 15 sterilisation cycles. The oxygen reservoir tube is suitable only for manual cleaning and chemical disinfection.
