Ambu is a company with 80+ years of experience with the vision to save lives and improve patient care. Over the past years, we have been on a journey to provide the best products to our customers and ultimately patients across the globe. Ambu has always focused on sustainability with the aim of creating real value for the society at large through the company’s products as well as through our commitment to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, and in full support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (the SDG’s).
In Ambu, the rationale behind our sustainability & ESG efforts is to act responsibly towards our colleagues, our business partners and the planet on which we all live, and we are dedicated, through our strategy, to grow sustainably for our people and our planet.
We work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
As a signatory of the UN Global Compact, we work with the four principles on human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption, and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our main contributions are on ‘Good Health and Well-Being’, ‘Gender Equality’ ,‘Affordable and Clean Energy’, ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth’, ‘Responsible Consumption and Production’ and ‘Climate Action’ (SDG 3 5,7, 8,12 and 13).
